SKILL TRAINING PROGRAMME
Soft skills training programmes are offered to ATASC students to help them develop self-confidence, adaptability, and form their actions and attitude. Via group discussion and role play, the soft skill training helped the students to overcome their fear of public speaking and improved their communication and leadership skills. This type of training would improve their job prospects and make it easier for them to advance in their careers. For first-year students, the Preparation and Placement cell organises a communication skill learning programme, as well as a soft skills training programme for second- and third-year students. Students in their final year, Community Meetings, Resume Reading Sessions, Employability Skills Sessions. This will assist in the development of skills such as interpersonal skills, strong leadership skills, change management, presentation abilities, communication skills, team management skills, problem-solving techniques, and problem-solving through critical thinking and imagination.

REMEDIAL COACHING
The college aims to assist students in developing specific skills that will enable them to achieve academic and professional success. To compensate for their shortcomings, slow learners are given remedial training.To close the knowledge gap among students, the institution has implemented the strategies mentioned below. Late learners are identified and provided with additional support. Remedial courses have been set up for such slow learners. Teachers work with slow learners one-on-one to help them improve and overcome their shortcomings. Teachers assist them in planning model responses by including books and reading materials. Slow learners have difficulty with basic skills (reading, writing, and math), have difficulty learning abstract concepts, and are impulsive. We use drills, techniques, and practise to help slow learners overcome their shortcomings and deficiencies.
OBJECTIVES
To develop their academic abilities and attitudes in subjects requiring quantitative and qualitative methods, so that students can pursue higher education more successfully with the required guidance and preparation.
To prepare slow learns students for competitive exams.
Classes organization Scheme
Students are divided into groups with 25 students in each subject and group, with each group under the supervision of a single teacher. Teachers are in a position to establish rapport with the assigned community and track the students' progress because the responsibility is set. Coordinator is responsible to ensure effective implementation of the coaching programme, in addition to actual teaching in the classes

LANGUAGE LAB
The Annai Therasa Arts and Science College has a language lab with audio or audio-visual as a teaching aid for modern languages. In an air-conditioned area, the well-equipped lab is furnished. Students may use the app to develop their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. For first-year students, the university offers two courses: Communicative English and Technical English. Interpersonal Skills: Listening and Speaking, Professional Communication, Advanced Reading & Writing, and Communications and Soft Skills Laboratory are among the practical courses available to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year students. Students attend soft skills and communication courses to learn how to use multimedia to develop their language skills and, as a result, become more employable.

Students should be able to communicate in English for the benefit of their education. In an interview, culture, their communication skills are clear. Students learn English by using the communication lab, which teaches them how to pronounce words correctly. Even though the students speak English well, their stage fright and bad body language prevent them from obtaining good opportunities. Some people excel at writing but struggle with public speaking. Some people are excellent at interpersonal contact but not at giving presentations.
English Lab is a place where you can study English. Students will listen to the lesson material at a level determined by the instructor while also receiving instruction from the teacher. All students are provides with headsets so that they can hear and repeat the word correctly.
BRIDGE COURSE
ATASC annually organizes and offers a bridge course, which is an orientation programme for first-year students in the following disciplines (English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Commerce and Computer Science) as well as lateral entry students. The aim of the induction programme is to bridge the divide that may exist between academia and newly enrolled students in terms of orienting them to their academic environment and to reduce the fear factor that may impede their understanding of being qualitative graduates with a social conscience and social responsibility.

BRIDGE COURSE
YOGA AND MEDITATION
The Yoga and Meditation camps are held at our college for students in order to enhance balance, flexibility, and strength while also reducing stress. Our students' physical and mental health has improved as a result of this. Every year, the college commemorates International Yoga Day (June 21) by hosting a Yoga camp. Faculty members are also given training to become counselors in order to assist students with their issues. It has been a huge influence on the perceptions of the institution's staff and students. They've sharpened and their attention has been increased. Yoga has strengthened their concentration and brought them inner peace. The college's inmates have a stronger sense of self, more emotional maturity, and pleasant emotions.

MENTORSHIP
ATASC offer individual counseling to all students. During the transformation period students often encounter problems and difficulties which need a timely resolution. To analyze the personal and official problem, and to help the students to bring out that issues that ATASC started individual mentorship programme (Mentor Mentee), each student (mentee) gets an opportunity to interact with a faculty member (mentor) for their personal counseling.
