Placement Process
Campus placement, also known as campus recruitment, occurs when companies visit our colleges' campuses, conduct interviews, and hire candidates to work for them. Our college organises these campus placements and invites all of the best companies to recruit from their students. These placements benefit not only the students, but also the companies and colleges.
Objectives of the Campus Placement
The main goal of the campus placement activity is to find students jobs immediately after they complete their education. Because the campus placement occurs before the final exam, students have an added incentive to perform well on the final exam. Students are also under less stress. Good placements also allow colleges to claim 100 percent placement, which is an excellent form of advertising for the institution. Companies have the opportunity to hire talented individuals who will contribute significantly to their company's success.
The Procedure of Campus Placement
Understanding the entire procedure is one of the best ways to prepare for a campus placement. This allows students to better prepare for all of the steps involved and feel more confident on the day of campus placement or recruitment interviews.

PLACEMENT TRAINING
The college will give students a wide range of opportunities to participate in placements without fear. To alleviate all of these difficulties, the institution is running a placement training programme that includes the following tips.
1. KNOW YOUR ABILITY
Recruiters will be looking for students' abilities in this area. It's one thing to pass an exam with flying colors, but it's quite another to know everything about the students at the drop of a hat. As a result, the students must be aware of their education, and you must be able to discuss it when questioned. Having a favorite subject is also beneficial. It becomes simpler to learn and remember. So, if you have a favorite subject, make sure you know everything there is to know about it because you will almost certainly be asked about it during placements.
2. APPTITUTE TEST
Students will be subjected to an aptitude test devised by the company and candidates should be aware of this. The placement committee will assist students in preparing by administering online aptitude tests, which are available on websites with difficult aptitude tests that can really help students get the hang of aptitude tests and perform well.
3. WRITE AND SPEAKING SKILL
Because English is the official language of business communication in MNC companies, the placement committee will work to improve the students' English speaking and writing skills. As a result, in order to increase the chances of candidate selection, the committee will priorities the development of English writing and speaking skills.
4. REFRESHING TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
Students must continue to read and update their technical knowledge. Practical work is the best way to impress recruiters, especially if the candidate can demonstrate technical knowledge and skills.
5. MOCK INTERVIEW
Mock interview exercises will be conducted by the placement committee to assist students in preparing for placements. Students can also practice mock interviews with their classmates to better prepare for recruitment process.
6. ACCURE MARKET NEEDS
With the changing scenario, students must develop and fulfil market needs such as presentation skills, email writing skills, and public speaking skills.
7. UPDATE CURRENT AFFAIRS
General knowledge is extremely important. Students should have good general knowledge, which will help them perform well in interviews and group discussions. Good general knowledge also portrays you as someone who is aware of their surroundings and is aware of what is going on in the industry.
