Community Activities
National Service Scheme (NSS) is beneficial to both students as well as the society in various different means. NSS helps the student to grow individually and also as a group. It makes the students confident, develop leadership skills, and gain knowledge about different people from different walks of life.
ATASC N.S.S Activities
- Cleaning.
- Afforestation.
- Stage shows or a procession creating awareness of such issues as social problems, education and cleanliness.
- Awareness Rallies.
- Inviting doctors for health camps.
Objectives of ATASC NSS Unit
- Creating social awareness leading to effective action
- Active involvement in community problems to spearhead social change.
- Bringing about overall development of the student's personality through involvement in projects.
- Training students for responsible leadership. These objectives are realized through various projects under the guidance and supervision of the NSS Programme Officer assisted by faculty members.

To build the youth with the mind and spirit to serve the society and work for the social uplift of the down-trodden masses of our nation as a movement.
Mission
The National Service Scheme has been functioning with the motto “NOT ME BUT YOU” in view of making the youth inspired in service of the people and hence NSS Aims Education through Community Service and Community Service through Education.
